Nacido en Tarragona en 1980. Hijo de Manuel y Clara. Hermano mayor de Clara, y esposo de Laura.

Se crió hasta los 17 años en un barrio de Tarragona, llamado Bonavista, de donde guarda recuerdos muy bonitos y donde vive buena parte de su familia y muchas de sus amistades de adolescente.
Asistió al entonces llamado Colegio Público Bonavista desde 1986 hasta 1994, cuando se graduó de le E.G.B.
Desde 1988 a 1992 fue miembro del equipo de atletismo de su colegio, siendo los últimos dos años del Club Gimnastic de Tarragona, Club con el que participó en múltiples campeonatos a nivel provincial y regional.
También ha participado en obras de teatro escolares tales como la obra de Sant Jordi, narrador de cuentos navideños e incluso, antes de que le cambiara la voz, miembro de la coral de su colegio.
Del 93 al 94, ocupó la posición de ‘base’ y capitán del equipo de Baloncesto del CP Bonavista, donde fue premiado como máximo encestador de su equipo en la liga.
En sus dos últimos años de EGB (1993-94), fue uno de los dos representantes de los Alumnos, en el Consejo Escolar del Colegio Público Bonavista (Tarragona).
Estudio el BUP en dos institutos distintos IB Camp Clar (Camp Clar, Tarragona) y el último año en el Instituto Mila Fontanals (Barcelona).
Durante su tiempo en el IB Camp Clar, era jugador de Baloncesto del ADT Torreforta donde jugaba como base/alero, actividad que compaginaba con la de Árbitro de Fútbol del Col.legi d’Àrbitres de Tarragona, arbitrando encuentros desde la categoria de alevín hasta 3ª Regional como árbitro principial y hasta categoría Preferente (en Catalunya) como Juez de Línea, actividad que continuó en 1997 en Barcelona.
Conoció por primera vez la religión de Scientology en 1997, cuando rápidamente decidió dedicar su vida a los demás, mediente conseguir las metas de esta religón nacida en los años 50.
Conoce a su primera y única esposa en 2005, con la que se casó el mismo año y continúa felizmente casado.
Ha participado en numerosos actos como orador invitado, como conocedor de la Libertad Religiosa y los Derechos Humanos, impartiendo conferencias en universidades como la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Alcalá de Henares (en la Comunidad de Madrid), la Facultad de Derecho de Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de A Coruña (en el Master de la Unión Europea), la Univesridad de Extremadura, la Universidad de Castilla la Mancha , la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociología de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Sevilla, así como a estudiantes de la Universidad Europea de Madrid.
También ha impartido conferencias en las que ha compartido mesa con profesores expertos en Libertad Religiosa, Derecho Penal, Lideres Religiosos de diversas confesiones, así como con expertos en Derechos Humanos, y funcionarios públicos a nivel local, regional, nacional e internacional.
Ha sido reconocido por el apoyo dado a las actividades de la Comunidad Negra en España y reivindicaciones de sus derechos como ciudadanos, por lo que Actúa como Representante de la Fundación Vida-Grupo Ecológico Verde ante Naciones Unidas en Ginebra y Viena desde verano de 2016. .
Tras trabajar con el experimentado equipo jurídico de la iglesia de Scientology para terminar en 2001 con la discriminación estatal, tomó el cargo de Presidente por primera vez con tan solo 22 años en 2002 hasta 2004, y tras varias asignaciones en Europa, volvió a España en 2005 para asegurar el reconocimiento religioso que consiguió mediante un proceso en la Audiencia Nacional, vitoria que le mereción volver a ser elegido Presidente, cargo que aún ostenta.
En 2015 añade el cargo de Patrono de la Fundación para la Mejora de la Vida, la Cultura y la Sociedad.
En enero 2017 le designan como Representante de la Iglesia de Scientology ante las Instituciones Europeas en Bruselas, Estrasburgo, Viena y Ginebra.
Gracias a su dedicada labor en el campo de la protección de la libertad de creencias, la promoción de los Derechos Humanos, la Educación y los Valores Morales, en el 2019 las Naciones Unidas otorgó a la fundacion qué fundó en 2015, el estatus de ONG con Estatus Consultivo Especial al Consejo Económico y Social de la ONU.
Es miembro de: Asociación por los Derechos Humanos y la Tolerancia – Asociacion España Libre de Drogas – El Camino a la Felicidad – Comisión Ciudadana de Derechos Humanos, es socio de la Asociación Unesco por de Dialogo Interreligioso, del European Interreligious Forum for Religious Freedom y de la Plataforma Acción Social Unida.

Up to the age of 17 he grew up in a neighborhood of Tarragona, called Bonavista, from where he retains very strong and affectionate memories of his family and his many friends as a teenager.
He attended Bonavista Public School from 1986 to 1994 when he graduated from the E.G.B [equivalent to Secondary school].
From 1988 to 1992 he was a member of the athletic team of his school, running the last two years for the Club Gimnastic de Tarragona, where he participated in many competitions at the provincial and regional levels.
He has also taken part in school plays such as the play of Sant Jordi, and another as Christmas storyteller, and until his voice changed, was a member of his school choir.
From 93 to 94, he occupied the position of ‘base’ and captain of the basketball team of CP Bonavista, where he was awarded as the top basketball player of his team in the league.
In his last two years of EGB (1993-94), he was one of two student representatives, in the School Council of the Public School Bonavista (Tarragona).
He studied the BUP [High School] in two different institutes IB Camp Clar (Camp Clar, Tarragona) and the last year in the Mila Fontanals Institute (Barcelona).
During his time at the IB Camp Clar, he was a basketball player of the ADT Torreforta where he played as a point guard, an activity that he combined with that of football referee for the Col.legi d’Àrbitres de Tarragona, refereeing matches of the 8-10 year-old category up to the 3rd Regional (professional league) as the main referee, and for the Catalonia Preferential (also professional league category as a line judge, an activity that he continued in 1997 in Barcelona.
He first became acquainted with the Scientology religion in 1997, when he quickly decided to dedicate his life to others, by achieving the goals of this religion that was born in the 1950s.
He met his first and only wife in 2005, whom he married the same year and to whom continues to be happily married.
He has participated in numerous events as a guest speaker, as a expert of religious freedom and human rights, giving lectures at universities such as the Faculty of Law of the University Alcalá de Henares (in the Community of Madrid), the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the Faculty of Law of the University of A Coruña (in the European Union Master), the University of Extremadura, the University of Castilla la Mancha , the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology of the Complutense University of Madrid, the Faculty of Law of the University of Seville, as well as to students from the European University of Madrid.

He has been recognized for the support given to the activities of the Black Community in Spain for their claims of citizens’ rights, and has acted as Representative of the Vida-Grupo Ecológico Verde Foundation to the United Nations in Geneva and Vienna since summer 2016. .
After working with the experienced legal team of the Church of Scientology to end state discrimination in 2001, he took the position of President of the Church for the first time at the age of 22 in 2002 until 2004. After several assignments in Europe, he returned to Spain in 2005 to secure the religious recognition he achieved through a process in the Audiencia Nacional, a victory that earned him the right to be re-elected President, a position he still holds..
In 2015 he was appointed to the position of Trustee of the Foundation for the Improvement of Life, Culture and Society.
In January 2017 he became the representative of the Church of Scientology to the European Institutions in Brussels, Strasbourg, Vienna and Geneva.
Thanks to its dedicated work in the field of protection of freedom of belief, promotion of human rights, education, and moral values, in 2019 the United Nations granted the foundation, which he founded in 2015, the status of NGO in Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council.
